Dick Couron, CEO of Trilogy Effective Software Solutions, Inc. (TESS) announced the recent acquisition of SNG software and associated enterprise from OpenLink Software. The acquisition was effective September 8, 2014.

TESS will change the name of the software product from SNG to The Integrated Energy System (TIES) to emphasize its ability to address Crude Oil, Natural Gas Liquids, as well as Natural Gas for the Oil& Gas Producer and Midstream Sector.

The acquisition includes the transfer of all current SNG client software licenses and support agreements to TESS. In addition to supporting the current clients, TESS will be offering the TIES application as a Cloud/SaaS solution.
